- We will pick you up from a variety of locations, including hotels and bus terminals, among other places.
- As soon as you finish the reservation, we will get in touch with you to let you know the precise location and time of the Pick-up, which will be in a location that is convenient to where you will be staying.
- The program of this excursion might change due to environmental regulations, that change from time to time, in order to protect the natural park of Balos. In case there is any change from the regular program, this information must be given to travelers before they book the excursion.

Full Description
- Morning Pick up:
- In the morning, we will initiate the process of collecting participants from the designated pick-up spots. The route that the bus takes may be different for you because it depends on where your hotel or apartment is located.
- Bus Drive to the city of Chania: 3 hours (average)
- On the route, there will be a brief halt for refreshments, as well as restroom and bathroom breaks. – 20 minutes
- 1st stop: 2 hours in the Town of Chania
- Enjoy the appealing old town of Chania at the west of Crete. 2 hours of free time to explore the unique old town whose architecture has a harmonic combination of Cretan, Venetian, Ottoman and Arabic elements.
- Bus Drive to Kasteli Port: 40 minutes
- 2nd stop: Kasteli Port
- The town of Kasteli, the westernmost town of Crete. This is where the boat sails from, to Balos lagoon.
- Boat Trip: 1 hour
- 3rd stop: Balos Lagoon – 5 hours
- After sailing all along the impressive Gramvousa peninsula and fortess, the boat will arrive at Balos Lagoon. Travelers will have 3 hours of time to enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of Balos, walk across the golden sandy beach and explore the nature around.
- Lunch
- In the meanwhile, the restaurant and snack bar of the boat will be open so customers can buy and enjoy their mean any time they wish to.
- Boat Trip: 1 hour
- 4th stop: Kasteli
- Arrived safely back at Kasteli's harbour after returning by boat.
- End of the tour – Return to resorts:
- Participants will now board the buses and be driven back to the hotels where they were staying when we gathered them in the morning.
- The amount of time it takes to get back to the hotel will vary from person to person based on the amount of traffic and where they were picked up.
- Return Bus Drive to resorts: 3.5 hours (average)
- On the way back, there will be a brief stop for using the restroom and grabbing a snack. – 20 minutes
